Enlace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Services solely for your internal business purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services or content.

• Use our Services unlawfully or fraudulently.

• Attempt to hack, damage, disrupt, or interfere with our systems or networks.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code or proprietary data.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You must:

• Ensure your users comply with these Terms.

• Protect your account and login information from unauthorized access.

• Immediately notify Enlace of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.

• Ensure you have consent or legal authorization to provide Enlace any data necessary for using our Services.

5. Fees and Payments

• Enlace Services are billed according to the terms agreed upon separately (via Order Form or contract).

• Payment terms will be detailed clearly upon contracting our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

• Enlace retains all rights and ownership of our Services, software, and associated intellectual property.

• You retain rights to your own content or data provided to us, but grant us the right to use it as needed to provide Services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your end users or customers.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate Services according to your agreed terms.

• Enlace may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Liability and Warranty

• Our Services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

• Enlace’s liability is limited to the fees paid by you to Enlace within the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Services after updates means you agree to the new Terms.
